KUIH RAYA

Hi guys. My parents just arrive from kuala lumpur, and they are bringging gift lol.

They are all home made. Butter base cookies. 

Food of the day-Sekaya Terengganu

SEKAYA TERENGGANU

This is one of Kuala Terengganu traditional food, one of my personal favorite.

You want to make this? So you need to prepare some things.

Cooking utensil

1. Steamer(steel/plastic)

2. Steel pot

3. Mixing bowl

4. Steam cast

Ingredients

1. Eggs(8-10 B size)

2. Nissan (terengganu brown sugar) 1 large piece

3. 200ml water

4. 2 large spoon rice flour

5. 1 spoon vanilla eccense

6. Coconut milk (1 piece/1 pack)

How to make?

1. Melt the sugar in the pot with the water. 

2. Let it cool down

3. Like always, beat the living out of the eggs.

4. Add the cooled brown sugar

5. Add the coconut milk

6. Add the rice flour

7. Add the vanilla eccense

8. Mix everything then add them to a cast for steaming

9. steam for 45 minutes

10. Let it cooled down before serving

Easy as 1, 2, 3

Rasulullah
bertanya
kepada

sahabat,
“siapakah
yg paling
luar biasa
imannya?”
Para
sahabat menjawab, “malaikat,ya Rasulullah.”
Balas Rasulullah, “sudah tentulah malaikat luar biasa
imannya, kerana mereka sentiasa di sisi Allah.”
Seketika terdiam para sahabat, menjawab lagi, “para
nabi,ya Rasulullah.”
Rasulullah berkata, “para nabi sudah tentu hebat
imannya, kerana mereka menerima wahyu daripada
Allah.”
Para sahabat mencuba lagi, “kalau begitu kamilah yang
paling beriman.”
Jawab Rasulullah, “aku berada di tengah tengah kalian,
sudah tentulah kalian orang yang paling beriman.”
Lalu, salah seorang sahabat berkata, “kalau begitu, Allah
dan Rasul Nya sajalah yang mengetahui.”
Maka dengan nada perlahan, Rasulullah berkata, “Mereka
adalah umat yang hidup selepas aku. Mereka membaca Al
Quran dan beriman dengan isinya. Orang yang beriman
denganku dan pernah bertemu denganku, adalah orang
yang bahagia. Namun orang yang tujuh kali lebih bahagia
adalah mereka yang tidak pernah bertemu aku tetapi
beriman denganku.”
Rasulullah diam seketika. Kemudian, beliau menyambung
dengan suara yang lirih, “sesungguhnya, aku rindukan
mereka…
ﺍَﻟﻠَّﻬُﻢَّ ﺻَﻞِّ َﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﻴﺪﻧﺎ ﻣُﺤَﻤَّﺪٍ ﻭَ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺁِﻝ ﺳﻴﺪﻧﺎ ﻣُﺤَﻤَّﺪٍ

Family Meeting

Having a family gathering, the kids loving it. Mommy at work. Just having fun with daddy.

Cant do anything more fun then just playing around.

Cake of the day!!!

Burn Sugar Choclate Cake

Hi,

I made this cake just this morning, at 3 am in the morning. Cant sleep. So the ingredient you need is;

1.500ml of sugar

2.500ml of water

3.500ml of flour (self raising)

4.500ml of eggs

5.2 spoon of sodium bicarbonate

6.1/2 butter

7.vanilla essence

First thing first

1.Make a caremelize sugar by cooking the sugar till it brown. When all melt, add water( do this very slowly for safety reason)

2.Add the butter, let it melt. Then just left it aside for a while.

3.Beat the egg until it form foam, then add the vanilla essence, the flour and sodium bicarbonate. Mix it properly.

4.After that add the caremelize sugar and mix. 

5.Shive it onto a pan, ready to bake in a steamer.

Bake in a steamer for 45 minutes.

Ops... I forgot the choclate.

To prepare the choclate, prepare a double boil pan.

1.Add the choclate, let it melt. Then add some milk just for the taste.
