SEKAYA TERENGGANU
This is one of Kuala Terengganu traditional food, one of my personal favorite.
You want to make this? So you need to prepare some things.
Cooking utensil
1. Steamer(steel/plastic)
2. Steel pot
3. Mixing bowl
4. Steam cast
Ingredients
1. Eggs(8-10 B size)
2. Nissan (terengganu brown sugar) 1 large piece
3. 200ml water
4. 2 large spoon rice flour
5. 1 spoon vanilla eccense
6. Coconut milk (1 piece/1 pack)
How to make?
1. Melt the sugar in the pot with the water.
2. Let it cool down
3. Like always, beat the living out of the eggs.
4. Add the cooled brown sugar
5. Add the coconut milk
6. Add the rice flour
7. Add the vanilla eccense
8. Mix everything then add them to a cast for steaming
9. steam for 45 minutes
10. Let it cooled down before serving
